9. Arbitration Agreement

14. Non-Profit Status & Donations

Father's Rights AI is a volunteer-operated, non-profit venture.

• No one is paid or profits from this Service
• Donations are used solely for infrastructure costs (servers, AI API fees, domain)
• We are NOT a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization (donations are not tax-deductible)
• Donations are voluntary and do NOT create any legal obligations or relationships
• We reserve the right to shut down the Service at any time
